Hi All:

I can't speak to the quality of the show yet but I'll look for it this week.

Charlton Heston is a strong advocate for the National Rifle Association.
I've never quite heard of him as an environmentalist. In fact, isn't he
heavily involved in the Republican Party. I thought that he was very
visible down in San Diego last year.

Is it worth it? It could be. Also keep in mind the deconstruction work
that will be happening at Fort Ord during the conference. This would be
a fantastic opportunity to get deconstruction out in the open.

We began filming our deconstruction work on Tues. 4/8 starting with
environmental testing of the lead paint that the army left behind. By
June we will have hours and hours of footage of deconstruction on Sony
Digital Betacam quality.

For funding, especially if the film highlights the Monterey Environment,
e.g., the Marine Sanctuary, (maybe plastic pollution in the ocean),
perhaps go to the Packard Foundation for money for the show. (I never
heard Steve if the Packard foundation came through with funds for the
Aquarium. The Packard Foundation is funding our deconstruction project
($200,000).
