[GreenYes] State Agency Goals

Hi All -

 

Are there any states out there that have established waste reduction, recycling diversion or paper use reduction goals for state agency operations?  If so, how were they arrived at?  How is progress being tracked? 

 

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
