Title: [GreenYes] looking for solid waste contract language regarding performance standards/expectations

We are developing a new [exclusive franchised] hauling contract and
we're looking for samples of performance standards others have written
into their contracts.  For example, performance expectations/standards
for collection, customer service, reporting, route audits, container
delivery, missed service, etc.    Does anyone have materials they can
share with respect to this topic?
