Title: Marketing and education campaigns for recycling fluorescents

I am looking for any plans that local governments have prepared for marketing and education campaigns o encourage retailers to increase visibility of their fluorescent lamp acceptance programs, and to increase outreach to consumers to inform them of proper disposal of fluorescent bulbs.  

Dane County requires retailers of all fluorescents to provide a take back service (and to educate their customers both of the need to properly handle fluorescents and of this service) and is looking for ways to improve participation.
