[GreenYes] E-waste exports from Calif

I saw this report from ZDNet, which cited some site I’m not familiar with, “Sign On San Diego.” “Sign On” in turn quotes stats from DTSC, yet neither the stats, nor a report nor even a press release, is available on DTSC’s website and the original post provides no specific citation. Also, no one else seems to be picking up this story, which I find strange (since these days most e-waste stories are pounced on by blogs, environmental & mainstream press). Anybody know how trustworthy this report is, and how I can obtain the hard source for the data?
