[GreenYes] Zero Waste Audit

Has anyone, or do you know someone, who has conducted a waste audit of a
business or institution which was designed to look at the potential for
zero waste?   I have a request from the College and University Recycling
Council to see if someone out there has had this kind of experience to
share at a session at the NRC Congress in Denver.
 
Please feel free to pass this on to others you think may have done this
kind of project, and if they have an interest in presenting.
