Hello All - Wanted to know how ya'll are handling mixed-use properties? Our ordinance states that we will serve up to four residential units. This creates a problem with mixed-use properties where there are up to four residential units in a building and a commercial business on the bottom floor or businesses who also share the building. Anyone else have a similar problem? If so did you fix it by changing the definition of these types of properties or your residential definition? Did you have a lot of folks protest the change? HELP??!! Would appreciate some advice!
