[GreenYes] Renter's Brochure for recycling

The Environmental Resource Center has put together a PAYT (Pay as You
Throw) brochure for established residents.  Being that the Sun Valley
region (Idaho) is a seasonal destination for many, and likewise a
renter's community, the ERC is putting together a brochure similar to
PAYT for renters and vacationers who otherwise do not have access to
curbside recycling.

Ideas for such a brochure are welcome from anyone - particularly those
who have fashioned something of this kind already.
