[GreenYes] yet another burn-the-resource technology

Hi all,

 

This one is small, but in my mind the "downsizing" of WTE technologies is
our worst enemy.  I'm sure the economics of this approach aren't viable, but
that hasn't stopped the powers-that-be in the past.
