"Waste to Energy" is a propaganda term of the burner industry, 
intended to convey the false impression that somehow the waste is 
turned into energy.  Burned waste is turned into greenhouse gases, 
air pollutants, and ash.  Elementary chemistry.....

Incinerators are incinerators......  Adopting the terminology of the 
enemy it a step towards internalizing the ideas of the 
enemy.  Elementary psychology....
