The city of Sun Valley is implementing a brand-new PAYT program, and there are a few questions they have in doing this. * Currently there looking at three different sized containers: 32, 68, and 95. They're looking at a price range of approximately $16-$26 for this range of bin sizes. Does this price differential provide enough financial incentive for people to reduce the amount of waste that they generate and maximize recycling? * They are also looking at a supplemental bag system and are trying to decide between using colored bags or separate tagsat a cost of six dollars per. Do most pay as you throw systems use bags or tags these days? Thanks for any advice you can throw my way.
