My company is also opening a plant in Mexico, which is already receiving Mexico-generated electronics. The way I looked at it is this - the best e-scrap companies I know of in the Northeast have 80% of the laborers from Latin America, and the best foremen I've promoted were from Mexico. I'm confident they could do it there as well or better than I can do it here. It's the same as the move by Ford and Sony to have their products assembled in Mexico.
