[GreenYes] Question: Definition for Residential, Commercial or Mixed Use??

Sorry for cross-postings!!

Hello Everyone -

We define the residential properties we serve as any building with less 
than four units. However, it seems that we are having trouble with this 
definition in the Old Town area of the City - where we have apartments 
above commercial businesses. 

Can anyone let me know if you've had similar issues defining the 
difference between residential and commercial or mixed use??  I would 
appreciate hearing about how you might have redefined these categories or 
if you are also having trouble with this as well. Any suggestion on how to 
handle would be appreciated!!
