[GreenYes] Adequate space requirements for new developments

Hello All -

We just passed an ordinance requiring all new developments to include 
adequate space for refuse/recycling containers. Wanted to know if others 
have this requirement and if you have any guidelines with regard to how 
much space - sq feet or whatever measure you use - is considered 
"adequate" or "equal" or any other standard you may use.
