[GreenYes] Zero Waste Events - what is and how to

We'd like to make our NYC events zero waste and help others to do so.
i'm wondering...is there a definition of a Zero Waste Event, or are we
talking "darn close"?

i'd also love to hear any great ideas from others who have experience
with this.  i've already found helpful info from Eco Cycle and Zero
Waste New Zealand Trust.
