[GreenYes] Grocery recycling programs

I am interested in tracking down grocery recycling programs (could include
food, plastic bags, other recyclables) that are good examples of 1)
successful programs, and 2) stakeholder involvement in developing programs
(e.g., grocery associations working with state agency and/or local
government, etc.)

I already have identified MA, RI, and MN as fitting the bill.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreeciated.
