You might try posting your question to the list-serve operated by the 
US Composting Council (www.compostingcouncil.org)  You don't have to be 
a member to post.

The USCC list-serve is, not surprisingly, about all things compost, but 
there are many folks on that list who may know of a brownfield-specific 
list or may be able to answer general brownfields questions - there are 
several examples of compost being used as part of the solution to some 
brownfield sites...
