The information for Ramsey County, Minnesota is at http://www.co.ramsey.mn.us/ph/eh/haz_waste_sites.asp We are open at our year-round site every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We have extended days at our year-round site from April through October, and during those months we also have collections at satellite locations around the County. We had about 22,000 visits last year, and will have about the same this year. If you need more detailed information please contact me.

Hello Alan,

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "time intervals available" but here in Illinois there are two permanent drop-off HHW facilities that are open on the weekends (typically 9:00am-3:00pm).  We are not permitted to operate a permanent facility, so we coordinate a mobile HHW collection program (1-3 collections per month, March-November) on Saturdays from 8:00am-2:30pm.  The typical resident waits 0-10 minutes at our events.  If you need more information, please let me know.
