Re: [greenyes] Looking for Info on the Quantity and Percentage of Clothing and Footwear Reuse / Recycling in the US
You might try the Secondary Materials and Recycled Textiles Association
(SMART).

They are at 301 656-1077 or http://www.smart.recycling.org

I'm looking for authoritative information on the quantities and
percentages of clothing and footwear in the US that rather than being
thrown away were redirected to reuse.

Can anyone direct me to an "authority" on the subject or perhaps a
peer-reviewed paper?

Thanks much.

Stephan
