Just a quick note to let you know that as part of the National Electronics
Product Stewardship Initiative (NEPSI), recyclers including the NRC were
promoting the internalization of recycling/disposal fees for electronic
equipment. I don't have all the details, but could likely find some
information regarding this effort. Unfortunately, due to legal issues
regarding the group's funding the initiative has fallen through. Not sure
what's next, but again would be willing to find out more if you are
interested.

Also, can you please clarify your comment on NRC's efforts to subsidize
recycling industries. Is this in reference to the tax free bond initiative
for recycling facilities?
