Hello All -

I received a phone call from Terry Bennett who works on recycling efforts in
Allegany County, Maryland. It's a very rural county with drop-off
collection.

The county is starting to collect HDPE and LDPE in their program and she
would like some information/instruction on the best methods for
communicating the program to the public. Anyone have any good ways of
explaining what's "in" and what's "out"?  She's already checked out APC and
NAPCOR info, but would like to hear from communities with respect to best
practices for outreach and education for plastics collection.
