[greenyes] recycling at state facilities

Does anyone have contract language for a janitorial service which would include recycling?  Ours apparently only stated the ". . . contractor shall provide for trash and recyclables removal"  This resulted in recyclables being incorporated with the trash and all ending up in the solid waste dumpster. (They were removed from building!)  We are considering language something like:"The contractor shall maintain separation of all materials collected from individual and area recycling bins and ensure they are deposited in the appropriate recycling dumpster as specified by the hauler or hauler's Material Recovery Facility to ensure appropriate marketing/end use."  Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
