Dear Recycled Project Vendors:



Rural Community Assistance Corporation, in partnership with Rural Community
Assistance Program, Inc. (RCAP) and USDA-Rural Development, are sponsoring
the RCAC 2004 Conference - Sharing our Gifts: Celebrating our Diversity to
be held March 22-24, 2004 at the Hilton Portland and Executive Tower Hotel,
921 SW 6th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.



The conference will feature more than 90 training sessions, an exhibition,
international marketplace and a reception. Approximately 900 people
representing community nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, and
federal, state and local government agencies are expected to attend the
conference.



This conference is also the National RCAP conference and the Western
Regional Mutual Self-Help Housing conference.



We invite you to be a vendor of your goods during our international
marketplace. We are interested in vendors that offer culturally diverse
products and crafts. Priority will be given to these vendors. The
International Marketplace hours will be Monday, March 22, 2004 from 11:00
a.m. ? 6:30 p.m. Conference registration, the general session and welcome
reception will be held near the vendor area.



Each marketplace vendor will be provided with a draped six-foot table. The
hotel is requesting us to limit the sale of foods to only prepackaged items
(only non-perishable products).



Electricity will not be available at vendor tables. Marketplace vendors are
advised that the vendor area is not secure and not to leave valuables
unattended.



If you are interested in a marketplace table, please complete the enclosed
form and fax it to RCAC at (916) 372-5636 by February 27, 2004.
