Re: [greenyes] President's Recycling Day Proclamation
To celebrate National Recycling Day last Saturday here in Wahoo, NE (pop
4,000), I organized a Recycled Art Contest at the public elementary school.
It was well received, with local businesses contributing over 50 prizes
including 4 grand prizes of $100 and $50 savings bonds.

This was a very easy and effective way to promote recycling awareness in our
small community (entry form required artist to list materials and where they
could be recycled locally).  Let me know if you need more information.
