That was my understanding as well. I think a campaign would be more
effective if we could get to the bottom of the whole issue fist and then
act, ie, find out what policies were in place and what, if anything, has
changed on a national level.

My understanding of the post office recycling program was that it was
for
undeliverable mail behind the counter. This adds up to a large amount of
mixed paper (with a significant amount of contaminants) but would
probably
be invisible to the customer.

Interesting you say there has been recycling in
the post offices where you all are.

There hasn't been any recycling in Florida post
offices !
