[greenyes] Nalgene PP or polycarbonate

Re. the on-going water bottle discussion, when you referred to the 
Nalgene bottles being PP, I am wondering if you are referring to the 
old Nalgene's -- the more opaque variety. My understanding is that 
the newer Nalgenes, the transparent ones in fancy colors, are 
polycarbonate, rather than PP or HDPE.  I am wondering if this is 
true, and if so, if there is still a biphenol-A issue, or any other 
issues associated with polycarbonates and leaching.
