Lithium batteries can be recycled through the Rechargeable Battery 
Recycling Corporation (www.rbrc.org.)  I checked their web site for Dayton, OH, and found collection 
locations at a number of Circuit Cities, Best Buys, Ace Hardwares, Home 
Depots, Targets, Staples, Sears, Radio Shacks, and Wal-Marts, as well as 
various other hardware and cellular phone stores.  Check their web site 
for the specific location you're interested in.
