	Check with the Earth 911 website at http://www.earth911.org 
When you get to the Earth 911 home page, enter your local zip code or the
zip code for the area which you want to search and click on the link to
"reuse & recycling centers". When that page comes up, click the "toner
cartridge" link under the "Electronics" category. 

That should give you a listing of toner cartridge recyclers.
