[GreenYes] Multilayer Plastic Bottles

I have an inquiry from a state recycling official being asked to approve a
no. 1 SPI code designation for a multilayer bottle that may not be
recyclable.  He asks what experience other states have had in responding to
such requests.  If anyone has any information about your state receiving
such a request, could you let me know, including the contact person in your
agency to track down the details.  Thank you.
