[GreenYes] Used building materials resale operations

I'm with a small, rural, Oregon non-profit and we're thinking of 
starting a used building materials resale store.  We want to keep 
things out of the landfill, provide access to low cost building 
materials and create jobs.  I've found lots of urban models, but few 
in rural areas.  If you know of or are affiliated with a rural used
