Hello All - here's a posting for three openings with our Northeast
affiliate:

NEEDED
3 WATER RESOURCES SPECIALISTS

·	Central Southern New England (MA/CT/possibly some NH/VT)
·	Harrisburg PA area
·	NW-PA/SW-NY


Serve as Technical Assistance providers to rural, low-income communities.
Work with community leaders to solve wastewater and water problems.
Extensive travel required.  Calls for strong skills in water and wastewater
infrastructure and related rural development issues. Requires an ability to
work effectively with rural leaders. Some understanding of federal and state
funding programs & strong coordination/facilitation skills also needed.
Computer-literate.

Five years of previous professional experience working with SMALL
communities is desired, complemented by relevant Masters degree. Salary $
1436 bi-weekly, depending on experience and education.  Employer is a
regional, nonprofit agency with home office in Winchendon, MASS.  Excellent
benefits.  These positions are expansions of pre-existing programs.
