Hi Brian,

We've had good luck here in Boulder County...but we've also had Eco-Cycle
doing public education for 26 years ...

My one piece of advice is that you can't make the signage too big... your
first dollar goes toward BIGGER signs, huge letters, lots of white space ...
in their face!
