[GreenYes] News: NPR story on EPR and E-waste

NPR had a story this morning on Morning Edition on Extended Producer
Responsibility for electronics waste, and the California bill to add an
advance recycling fee to computer sales.

It looks like they took most of it from tonight's NOW with Bill Moyers show
on PBS (9 pm EST). They also plugged the show at the end of the story.
