The article looks in detail behind Pres. Bush's blandishment that the 10 ppb arsenic standard was not based upon "sound science" and finds a travesty of near criminal proportions.
That this expose comes out of the Wall Street Journal, not a left-wing magazine like the Nation, speaks volumes about the total and utter perversion that the worst elements in industry have rent upon technological debate.
