[GRRN] NAPCOR

Would anyone be able to comment on who/what NAPCOR represents? I just
received some kind of grant RFP in my email. I had never requested to be
on their distribution list for such email, and wondered if perhaps they'd
added other greenyes readers without asking if they really wanted the
email.

The email describes NAPCOR as the industry group for plastic resin
producers, etc. I'm curious to hear what activists may know/think.
