I have just received some very useful information about the recycling and
waste reduction program at Del Mar Fairgrounds in California. The program
has achieved a 90% waste reduction rate towards its zero-waste goal, thanks
to innovative measures of working with suppliers and concessionaires, and
aggressive recycling of containers and animal waste.
