Brenda, Hi. There is going to be an increase in recycling in the city of LA
due to the City Council approval of an odious landfill extension (BFI) as a
mitigation. I will do mybest to recommend curbside textile recycling in that
Report through my Councilperson. I now chair the Central Group of the Sierra
Club that meets January 20 and I will try to place it on the agenda. Will
textile pick up require an extra container, or will go into the same one as
paper and bottles? Sue Nelson
