The University at Buffalo is rehabing a cooling tower and has 200-300
fiberglass panels that they would like to recycle or reuse. Does
anyone on the JTR network know of companies doing this?

Not specifically. In this instance the Research Library for RCRA can only
offer a site which has proved useful with previous fiberglass-related
questions. It is run by the Pacific Northwest Pollution Prevention
