[GRRN] Gypsum for sewage treatment, composting?

I've been asked by a gypsum drywall manufacturer in Scandinavia for
information on projects that have used gypsum for either sewage
treatment or in the composting of organics from municipal solid
waste.

Does anyone know of any projects on either of these two areas?
