I forgot to say when I posted the article that my sources in Australia (I'm
currently in Japan) tell me that the pulp mill, mentioned in the article,
that was processing the cartons is no longer doing so. I'm not sure why,
but it certainly reinforces the 'perception' that the carton manufacturers
etc prefer to talk up the idea of collecting and recycling their post
consumer material rather than doing much to support it.
