amyp@chelseacenter.org makes a good point regarding the boycott of Coke and
other large corporation deemed "bad" by the environmental community. Things
can be taken to an extreme, and we all know how rank and file Americans view
extremists and extremism. It would be interesting to track this boycott, and
see whether or not students refuse to interview with or turn down jobs
offered by the corporations that will be unveiled in the boycott tomorrow.
Somehow, like many of our politicians, when it comes down to siding with the
environment or siding with money, most nowadays will choose the money side.
Any other comments?
