According to Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, the US Department of Justice has
commenced an inquiry into Waste Management's operations in Massachussets
concerning possible monopolization, restraint of trade and anticompetitive
acquisitions where prices were raised aggressively.

Does anyone have any information on the status of what's happening there?
