regarding the implementation of policies and practices outside of the
U.S. that would be considered superior from an environmental and resource
utilization perspective. The following article reference should be
interesting since it points out a situation outside the U.S. (in this
Japan - the world's second largest economy) with respect to wasteful
domestic housing life cycles that generally don't occur here (yet).
Sometimes the grass isn't always greener outside our borders.
