I hope you are familiar with the Environmental Building News.
http://www.ebuild.com
they publish a resource guide of recycled construction materials and are in
general an excellent source of info for environmental responsible building
design and construction. both the web site (with related links) and the
thick newsletter are superb--I recommend subscribing to it, they are
entirely subscription-supported (no ads).
