[GRRN] Searching for Local Advanced Disposal Fees for C&D

Does anyone know of any community which has enacted a local Advanced Disposal
Fee (ADF) for C&D debris? The City of San Jose is currently exploring the
possibilty of enacting one and I would like to help them get that going. Any
precedents would be appreciated!

I'll share any comments I receive with all who send in information about any
local ordinances like this.
