[GRRN] charging to Plastic bag

>From February, It has been inhibited to give plastic bag with free in
South Korea. Most of departments, supermarket should sell the bag. And
now seller ask if custmer want to bag in charge.
Now it is well spread over the country.
I want to know how many and which states are implementing like this
system in the world.
