HELP!!

A company in NH contacted me today with a problem. They have @ 8,000 rolls
(3' high) of asphalt roofing products (underlayment type stuff, not
shingles). The rolls are considered seconds and not saleable through their
normal distribution channels. They need to have the rolls moved off their
property ASAP and are willing to give them away (in large quantity) to those
that need/can use them. They are in the process of contacting groups like
Habitat for Humanity, but if anyone can think of other outlets (either reuse
or recycling) they're eager to hear them. Recycling markets? overseas
humanitarian groups?

If you have any suggestions, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Thanks.
