According to the 3/22/99 Plastics News ("For new VI head, politics is
family tradition"), the Vinyl Institute, which just recently moved its
offices from New Jersey to Washington DC, has found a replacement for its
prior head, Bob Burnett, who came out of the chemistry end, with Tim Burns,
a political animal.
