Oh I'm an economist too and know that we're supposed to take the long
view...but I nonetheless remember what Keynes said about that fillip, "in
the long run, we're all dead!"

I do not think its necessary for the Chelsea Center or anyone else to
write investors on this one. THis is how the market works, people only
learn when they loose a lot of money. Building a 100% virgin mill is
suicide in the United States, and do not think that investors aren't
going to ask why a mill is designed only to accept the most expensive
feedstock available. Even if wood chips are cheaper in Longview for the
next decade, the mill will still be inefficineict relative to other
international mills.
