[GRRN] alternative fuel vehicles

Hello, I am a solid waste coordinator with the city of Plymouth, Minnesota.
I coordinate an inhouse Waste Reduction and Recycling committee and we are
currently researching the potential use of alternative fuel vehicles within
our car pool fleet. I would like to talk with other municipalities/counties
who are currently using ATV's or are also doing some research. We are
leaning towards an electric vehicle to try in a pilot. Any one out there
who can talk with us about pro/cons, experiences, costs, etc. Thank you for
